Nathanson & Nathanson, Inc. was started by Philip E. Nathanson, E.A. PHD and Harry A. Goodman in San Antonio, Texas in 1953. Stephen A. Nathanson, E.A. joined the firm in 1973. The firm became Nathanson & Nathanson in 1985. After the death of Philip Nathanson in 1989, Stephen Nathanson became the CEO. The firm moved to its current location in 1991.

About the Staff:

Stephen Nathanson, E.A.- CEO, Tax Preparer  Mr. Nathanson has been preparing tax returns for 35 years, and has been an E.A. for 25 of those years.  Beginning as an employee of his fathers, and then eventually taking over the firm, he has developed a tremendously loyal client base. Many of his clients have been with the firm for over 30 years, and many of his new clients are third or fourth generation clients who have stayed loyal to the firm due to Mr. Nathanson's integrity and reliability, and that of his father before him.  Mr. Nathanson prepares tax returns of all types and complexities including Individual, Partnership, S-Corporation, Corporate,  LLC, Estate and Trust, Gift, and Exempt.  Mr. Nathanson specializes in Estate and Trust, and Gift Returns.

Zachary Serwer, C.P.A-  Mr. Serwer is new to the firm. He has exceptional experience in preparing taxes of all types. He has been a C.P.A. since 1997.
