ERC and ERD

Electronic Refund Check (ERC)  $20

A quick and cost effective method for the taxpayers to receive the proceeds of their tax refund.  Federal tax refunds are usually available within 7-12 days.  When the refund is received, the bank deducts the tax preparation fee and $20. Next Payless Accounting & Tax then prints a check payable to the taxpayer.

Electronic Refund Deposit (ERD) $20 

A popular way for  the taxpayers with a checking or savings accounts to receive the proceeds of their tax refund. When the taxpayer's refund is received, the bank deducts the tax preparation fee and $20. Next the bank disburses the proceeds to the taxpayer's personal checking or savings account through Automated Clearing House (ACH) direct deposit.

 

Benefits:

  • No out of pocket expense required for tax preparation. The bank deducts tax preparation fees automatically from the taxpayer's refund.

  • The convenience of knowing taxpayer's refund proceeds will be automatically placed into their checking or savings account.

  • Taxpayer avoids fees that may be charged when cashing a check.
