Our notaries have been doing in-home loan closings for over 7 years. We cover the areas of Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's, and Prince Georges County. ONE OF OUR NOTARYS IS A MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL NOTARY ASSOCIATION and our Licensed Maryland Settlement Agent (Jeff Dennison: www. Maryland-sign-on-the-line) is a member of MARYLAND LAND TITLE ASSOCIATION and both are kept current of all changing laws that affect loan signings and individual notaries. Maryland law requires that any loan documents that might result in the issuing of Title Insurance MUST be completed by a Licensed Maryland Title Producer. Our office does have a Title Producer, so please feel free to contact us should the need arise.

If your lender has sent loan documents to you to have notarized on your own, be aware that if the person notarizing the documents is not a licensed title producer your loan may be declared void.
