About Us

Harold & Dorothy Sampson bought into a Franchise called "Mail Me Monday" in the early 1950s for a number of different counties in NC. Mail Me Monday was a pioneer in the computorized bookkeeping industry.

Their oldest son, Lufkin Sampson, came to Raleigh and opened an extension of that company on Salisbury St and named it Tabulated Bookkeeping Service. We are now located at 709 W. Lane Street in Raleigh.

Lufkin's brother, Shepard Sampson, came to work for Tabulated in 1955 and purchased 1/2 the business from him in 1961. Donald Honeycutt was hired in 1960 and in 1963 he bought the other 1/2 from Luf.

Shep & Don operated Tabulated as a partnership until 1985 when Shep passed away suddenly. Don operated the business from that point as a sole proprietorship until July 1997 when he incorporated.

Lynette Colson was hired in 1993 part-time and full-time after graduating from NCSU in 1995 with a BA in Accounting. Lynette was elected President & Don was elected VP of the corporation in 1997.
