Where can I find 1099-NEC instructions?

If you received Form 1099-NEC from a client, keep it for your tax records. When you file your tax return for the year, use it to complete Schedule C. Don’t worry: we'll walk you through it. 

If you need to send a Form 1099-NEC to an independent contractor, the IRS has instructions for filling out a 1099-NEC on their website.
