Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

In accordance with applicable state laws, you may request certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.

Deletion Request Rights

You may request us to delete your personal information that we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.

The easiest, quickest way to make either request is to sign in and go to My Account > Privacy and Terms. If you forgot your username or password, click “Trouble signing in?”.

If you do not have an account or can’t access the account, you can make your request here. This method will take longer as it requires additional steps in order to authenticate your identity. Please include the following with your request:

  • First and last name
  • Preferred email address for communication about your request
  • Reason for request: right to know or right to deletion
  • Is the request being made by the individual, or an authorized agent?
  • Any additional details to help facilitate the request

Communication Preferences

To manage and/or opt-out of marketing communications, either visit the Communication Preferences Center by clicking ‘Manage’ or ‘Opt-out’ on one of the emails you received or email consumer-rights-request@1040.com. You will continue to receive communications that are necessary for providing our services.
