This page provides guidance on making requests related to those rights.
Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights
Deletion Request Rights
The easiest, quickest way to make either request is to sign in and go to My Account > Privacy and Terms. If you forgot your username or password, click “Trouble signing in?”.
If you do not have an account or can’t access the account, you can make your request here. This method will take longer as it requires additional steps in order to authenticate your identity. Please include the following with your request:
- First and last name
- Preferred email address for communication about your request
- Reason for request: right to know or right to deletion
- Is the request being made by the individual, or an authorized agent?
- Any additional details to help facilitate the request
